The Food and Nutrition Bulletin (FNB) is a peer-reviewed academic journal focusing on human nutrition research and nutrition policy issues in the developing world. We promote and publish original science and policy research and analysis examining multidisciplinary efforts to alleviate global hunger and malnutrition. Building the capacity of the next generation is a critical part of our mission, and we welcome articles by emerging and developing-world researchers.
Since the first volume of FNB was published in 1978, we have been striving continually to meet the needs and interests of our readers – a growing global community of nutrition scientists, health professionals and policy leaders. Our goal is, and has always been, to disseminate the most cutting-edge work that is being done in nutrition research and food policy to alleviate malnutrition and hunger in the developing world.
Our recent partnership with SAGE promises to be an exciting chapter in the growth of FNB. Many of our authors are already familiar with SAGE, which is highly respected as the largest independent academic publisher worldwide. SAGE’s experience as publisher of more than 1,000 journals and over 800 new books annually, and its commitment to the global dissemination of research in a broad range of subject areas, makes it an ideal partner for the mission of the FNB.
To all of our FNB authors – please note that all new manuscript submissions to FNB should now be made at: https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/fnb. (You can also find a link to manuscript submission on our website, fnb.sagepub.com.)
